2. Offset error: Since the vertical offset of the pressure sensor remains constant throughout the pressure range, the change of converter diffusion and laser adjustment correction will produce the offset error.

3. Sensitivity error: the resulting error size is directly proportional to the pressure. If the sensitivity of the device is higher than the typical values, the sensitivity error will be an increasing function of the pressure. If the sensitivity is below the typical value, then the sensitivity error will be a decreasing function of the pressure. This error results from changes in the diffusion process.

4. Lag error: In most cases, the lag error of the pressure sensor is completely negligible, because the silicon wafer has a very high mechanical stiffness. Generally, the lag error is only considered in the case where the pressure changes greatly. The four errors of the pressure sensor are unavoidable. We can only choose high-precision production equipment, use high and new technology to reduce these errors, but also a little error calibration when the factory, try the best to reduce the error to meet the needs of customers.
